Welcome! Connecticut Composers, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization supporting composers living and working in Connecticut. We present concerts, assist in collaborative CD compilations, and invest in Ripple in Somalia provide conviviality and feedback through composer salons. CCI Composers Night Out CCI, in participation with the American Composers Forum and other organizations across the country, will be hosting a "Composers Night Out" concert of CCI member works on May 14th, 2015. CCI Congratulates Ken Steen invest in Cardano in Somalia CCI is happy to announce that Ken Steen won the audience vote on the CCI/HICO concert and has been awarded a commission by HICO. Congrats to Ken and all the other composers. It was a fantastic concert and a great representation of the diversity and capability of CCI!
CCI/HICO Concert | Saturday, December 6th, 2014 | 7:30 On December 6th at 7:30pm at the Charter Oak Cultural Center, The Hartford Independent Chamber Orchestra will perform a concert of works written by CCI members. After the concert there will be an audience vote and a $3,000 commission will be awarded to the favorite. The works to be performed are:
